We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14–30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
- Underwear, bodysuits, and intimate apparel are non-returnable for hygiene reasons."
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Final sale items
- Underwear, Boxers and Body Suits.

Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at carolenna@carolenna.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
